Who am I?
A designer living in Madison, WI with a passion for working alongside a team of great minds to solve visual problems
My name is Barka Dauda and I am an artist at heart. I decided to follow my career dream to become a Graphics and User experience designer in my mid 30’s, and I am proud of myself for making this decision.
I graduated with a BA in Graphics Design from UW-W in December of 2020, and have since embarked on an extremely rewarding journey of learning about user experience design. I love using my design skill/knowledge to solve problems visually. Also, the idea of making products work more efficiently makes me giddy. I have fallen in love with the process of figuring out user problems through objective research, and coming up with ways to make better experiences for them.
I enjoy traveling, cooking, playing my guitar and being outdoors. I also like watching movies, Wisconsin sports and soccer.
